The Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Chief Uche Geoffrey Nnaji, has described women of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Enugu State as the “heartbeat of progress,” commending their resilience, unity and courage in advancing the party’s vision for national transformation.
Delivering a goodwill message as “Father of the Day” at the APC Women Stakeholders Conference in Enugu, Nnaji said the gathering was not just a political event but “a resounding statement of faith in the future of our party, our state, and our nation.”
“When women rise, families are lifted. When women lead, communities are transformed. And when women believe, nations are renewed,” the Minister told the enthusiastic crowd, stressing that APC women in the state had continued to inspire hope for a brighter future.
He lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for placing women at the center of his Renewed Hope Agenda, which he said affirms their indispensable role in building a stronger, fairer and more prosperous Nigeria.
Nnaji urged the women to remain steadfast in their commitment to the party and to continue carrying the torch of progress handed down by its leaders. “The future belongs to those who dare to build it—and you, the women of Enugu APC, are already building it with courage and conviction,” he declared.
The Minister called on participants to let the conference renew their strength, inspire their vision, and deepen their dedication to unity, justice and service. He assured them that the sacrifices of today would translate into the victories of tomorrow.
He concluded his address with prayers for the women of APC, Enugu State, and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
