In another operation carried out on April 30, 2026, at about 10:30 a.m., operatives arrested a 34-year-old suspect identified as Uchenna Ezeh along Amagu-Ugwu Road in Amechi Awkunanaw, Enugu.

According to the police, the suspect had been wanted in connection with an armed robbery case currently under investigation.

Following his arrest, the suspect reportedly confessed to the crime and led investigators to a mechanic workshop where a stolen white Toyota Hiace Bus belonging to “Morning Flight Nigeria Limited” was recovered.

The vehicle, bearing registration number NSK 643 ZY, was allegedly undergoing vandalisation when it was discovered by police operatives.
