The LoveWorld Nation has unveiled a sweeping restructuring of its administrative and leadership framework, signaling a transition to what it describes as a “Kingdom Nation” model of governance.
At the helm of the restructured system remains Chris Oyakhilome, who continues as President.
The reorganisation introduces new high-level offices, including that of Prime Minister, now occupied by Yemisi Kudehinbu, and Secretary of State, assigned to 30-year-old Daysman Oyakhilome.
The announcement, seen as a significant shift in the ministry’s governance structure, also retains the Central Executive Council (CEC) as a key organ, alongside the office of the Secretary General, held by Kayode Adesina.
Under the new framework, a range of executive ministries has been established to oversee specialized areas of operation. These include the Ministry of Healing led by Deola Phillips; Corporate Affairs under Ifeoma Chiemeka; Music and Arts headed by Kathy Woghiren; and Teens & Youth overseen by Biodun Lawal.
Other appointments include Christine Okechukwu for Children’s Ministry, Joy Amenkhieman for Cell Ministry, and Joseph Akinwolemiwa for Church Ministry. The Hinterlands Ministries will be led by Chidi Ezimako, while New Media Ministries falls under Rita Ijomah.
Further portfolios include Education under Afolabi Oketunji, Innercity Missions led by Omoh Alabi, and Humanitarian Affairs overseen by Arinze Emmanuel. The Ministry of Commerce is assigned to Stephanie Oforka, with additional ministries such as Food Technology and Information also listed, though without named heads at the time of the announcement.
A newly constituted General Executive Council (GEC) will comprise members of the CEC, the Secretary General, the Prime Minister, and all Executive Ministers, forming a broader decision-making body within the organisation.
The restructuring also introduces several strategic administrative roles, including Head of Service (Rita Ijomah), Attorney General (Adebisi Sogunle), Chief of Staff (Bisola Adeyemi), and Chancellor of the Exchequer (Cynthia Emmanuels).
Additionally, diplomatic-style roles such as Ambassador Plenipotentiary have been assigned to Solayinka Agboola and Sylvester Ebhodaghe.
Notably, senior minister Tom Amenkhienan was not assigned a new portfolio but remains a member of the Central Executive Council.
Observers say the restructuring reflects a deliberate effort to formalise governance within the ministry, clarify leadership succession pathways, and expand administrative capacity as the organisation continues its global outreach.
